Message from the Principal
We have a wonderful start to the year.
We have completed STAR testing and are working hard to help your students get on the correct reading levels. Your students will go over this information with you during their Student Led Conferences.
We’ve had several HOUSE competitions that have made the race for the HOUSE cup interesting. We’ve had Volleyball and a spelling bee. Future competitions will include Blind Basketball and Scrabble. Here are the results for now.
EMAIL DRIVE:
Santa Fe South Schools will be adding some features to PowerSchool that will help us communicate to you and your students. We will be working with you and your students to set up an educational email for this communication.
New Feature will include: Paperless report cards, Digital newsletters, Easy enrollment and registrations, among other exciting tools to help your students succeed.
If you already have an email, please contact your students HOUSE dean and we will get it entered in the system. If you do not have one, we can help you get one set up.
UNIFORMS:
Due to Hurricane Harvey hitting our uniform factory in Houston, there will be a delay in receiving our uniform orders. Please ensure that your students comes to school in a solid black or white shirt while we wait on the uniforms to get here.
If you need to order uniforms, please work with your HOUSE dean to get your username and password to the website.
