I have the honor and privilege of attending a K20 leadership conference today and tomorrow. The conference is a collection of leaders working together to understand IDEALS ( Inquiry, Discourse, Equity, Authenticity, Leadership, Service).
It is early in the conference and I am refreshed with the memory of actually how fun working and learning with other educational leaders can be. The quality of educators in the state of Oklahoma is impressive. We are sharing ideas and talking about ways to improve instruction and learning in the classroom.
