Dear Parents, Guardians, and members of the Class of 2020:
So much has changed since our last letter and yet our commitment to the successful ending of the high school career remains firm. While we face an unprecedented challenge in dealing with the Covid 19 outbreak, we are looking forward to a chance to celebrate the successes of this class.
To that end, we are still planning to hold graduation, Prom, and the Senior Dinner.
Please note that all dates are subject to change as the situation continues to evolve and as the City and State move to slowly reopen.
The OCCC graduation ceremony has been postponed. Once we have that date, we will communicate it with you.
The Pathways Commencement ceremony has been moved to June 26th at 7:00 p.m. in the OCCC Visual and Performing Arts Center. The staff at OCCC has assured us that if the situation changes and we have to change the date or location, they will contact us immediately and we will communicate that change to you. We are still adapting our reception plans, but do plan to hold the graduation reception.
Prom is in the process of being planned at a new date, but we do still intend to have it. We are working with our current venue to determine a safe and appropriate date for prom.
The Senior Dinner is rescheduled for June 18th from 6 to 9 at the Sheraton Downtown.
