What: Celebration of the Senior Class of 2022
When: April 22, 5:00-8:00
Where: OCCC-In front of the Visual Performing of Art Center. Parking is available in parking lot C.
Who: Seniors, family, and faculty.
Timeline:
🎓🎓Food will be served 5:30-7:00 🎓🎓
What is being provided:
Hamburgers, hot dogs, and all of the fixings will be provided.
Cupcakes and water will be provided.
The prom committee will be selling soda so please have cash.
You are allowed to bring additional food or drinks for your family. No alcohol, tobacco, or vaping is allowed on the campus or in picnic areas. Dress comfortably!
We will have seating areas provided but you can bring your own chairs.
🎓🎓Robing Ceremony will start at 7:00🎓🎓
All seniors will need to bring their graduation gown, regalia, and cap – steamed.
Parents will be called up to the stage with their seniors. While the House Dean is making the announcement, the parents will robe their senior.
🎓🎓More Important Information🎓🎓
There will be a photo area for senior pictures, so bring your cameras.
The bathrooms are available in the VPAC area.
If the weather is bad or the ground is too wet, then the event will be moved to the VPAC and we will only have the Robing Ceremony.
