Mr. Michael Elizondo

Mathematics Teacher/Ambrosius

I have been a Teacher at Santa Fe South since 2016, and I currently teach math and video (?? I don’t know the actual titles….).  I love working with these amazing students and teachers.  Before SFS, I taught in Texas, and before that, I was a youth minister in both TX and OK.  I have been married to my wife, Staci, since 2008, and we have three fantastic kids: Josiah, Hudson, and Sybil.  Some of my favorite things are playing guitar, the San Antonio Spurs (my hometown!), videography (I also have a wedding video business), traveling with my family, playing board games, and watching movies.  I also joined the Oklahoma Army National Guard this past spring, and I am training on the East Coast for the next few months.  I’m proud to serve our nation and state.

Dr. Catherine Klasek

English Language Arts Teacher/Valerius

Dr. Catherine Klasek is our 10th & 11th grade English teacher who reads banned books and a whole bunch of other books.  She has been married to the love of her life for over nineteen years and is the happy mother of three cats and two dogs.  In her free time, she bakes the most amazing brownies and spends time at the dog park watching her little dog act like a big dog.  Her goal is for every student to discover their inner reader and to be able to achieve beyond their dreams.

Ms. Michele Manning

English Language Art Teacher/Ambrosius

I have a couple of degrees, and I teach.  I have a couple of grandkids, and I spoil them.I have a couple of thousand former students, and they are ALL still my babies. It is very important to be able to relate to your kiddos/students.  I can relate. The other day a cop pulled me over, and asked for my papers.  I gave him the whole stack of essays from ENG 9, and drove off.
Teaching is awesome.  It’s just like being a rock star: I work hard to keep the attention of a distracted crowd, all my little fans freak out when they see me in public, groupies line up to follow me everywhere, and my name is constantly being called out.  YEAH!
I am a big fan of my country, and it’s military.  I am a big fan of dogs and horses.  I am a big fan of OSU football. I am a big fan of food, therefore I am not small.  Nice to meet you!
