enrollment for students transferring into pathways middle college from another school district

If you are coming to Pathways from another Santa Fe South school follow this process:

SELECT COURSES

1. Click on the Google Form Link:

3. Submit Form

TAKE HOUSE QUIZ

1. Click on following Link:
   1. https://pathwaysmiddlecollege.org/2020/04/30/pathways-middle-college-sorting-hat/
   2. it requires a PASSWORD, you will get this from a member of the Administration team.
   3. Take the quiz and press SORT at the bottom.
   4. This will take you to a new page
      1. Type in first and last name
      2. Type in email address.
      3. Copy and paste the URL at top of the page into the message box.
      4. Press enter.

ORDER UNIFORMS

1. Click on the following link
   1. https://forms.gle/TJGQW1GTWUvWYM2B6
   2. Fill out Google form.
      1. Reminder that the required shirt has to be worn every day
      2. The HOUSE shirt is worn every Friday
      3. Optional items can be worn over required items
      4. You will pay for uniforms in the fall at the BACK2SCHOOLBASH
   3. Submit FORM
      1. You will get a receipt in your email for what you ordered.
